  This business is a fraud. Ted & his wife Mindy are liars and theives. A year has gone by and no headstone. But they sure didn't hesitate to collect $2,500 from my family. They cashed the check for the headstone and NEVER put it up. Its hard enough to grieve the loss of our loved one without this ongoing issue a year later. They do not return phone calls or contact back. How disappointing that they have no compassion for people and their loved ones. This business is just sick and twisted. My advice to anyone reading reviews, dont even consider this place. It's a sick nightmare.

  This place is a disgrace. My parents are in the mausoleum at Grandview Memorial Park, and we visited today to find, dead dried-up flowers on the floor, dead bugs every where, spider webs hanging from the chairs with dead bugs in them. Some huge mess on the benches where one would sit, filthy carpeting and it smelled so bad. Outside there were dead bushes that should be cut down. The lady in the office said, "I agree with you" but not much I can do...I spoke to the grounds keeper and he shrugged at me, walked away and closed the door. Very un-professional. Looks like a bunch of hillbillies run the place,,,,I was horrified You have to give one star in order to post or I would give them a minus star

  I cannot even give this place one star . Ted has ignored my calls for 18 months. I was calling weekly for awhile. Now I call monthly. I keep asking for the name of the company that puts the lettering on the granite so I can get my Dad's name up there. But he won't let me do it. I have offered to pay for it myself again..even though I have already paid once. It's not the money, I just want my Dads name on his crypt. I even went as far as to try and have my Dad moved. That is a nightmare.

  They are liars cheats.Mom passed in August of 15, to this day no marker.They have cheated hundreds of us.Everyone worried about the taxes, what about the people who can't bury there loved ones. The IRS should give the money to the people who they ripped off, who can not bury there loved ones .Yet they are allowed to still run the Cemetery WHY AREN'T THEY IN JAIL.

  I usually love going to spend time with my uncle, however today I couldn't visit with my loved one long because there was so much dog poop on the ground! I think this is a very nice resting place, and being near the lake it a plus for our family because of so many memories there. Please address this issue ASAP
